Centrifugal Train Fan/Centrifugal Bus Fan:
The fans of DF are mainly through coupling driving with single volute casing or double
volute casing for winding, with the advantages of special body structure,
beautiful outlook and convenient fixing. The volute casings and blade wheels are
designed according to the theory of air dynamics, made of cool-draughting steel
plates, zinc plated sheets, aluminum plates and alufer plates, showing the advantages
of great quantities of wind flow, high pressure, low noise, running smoothly,
small-sited, light weight and long service-life.
The surface finish is advanced spray painting, for strengthening the protection of
rustproofing and antiseptic. The fan is driven by 3-phase asynchronous motor,
F is for the insulation grade of the motor, and IP55 is for the protection grade.
The bearings of international brand, exempt from maintaining, are used with voltage-resistant,
strong frequency and undulation. The fans can be applied long-term
in the environment of low or high air temperature and high elevation. The fans
of DF contain the air-conditioned sets of 5.0k W and 53k W for the trains, suitable
for the air conveying of air conditioners on the train, subway, light railway,
trolleybus and bus.
